My swap is not moving: five checks before you worry
Take a breath and go through this list. A stalled swap is almost always waiting on something simple.

Watching a swap that will not move is stressful. But the cause is almost always simple and easy to spot if you know where to look. Go through these points in order.
1. Did the deposit leave your wallet?
Open your wallet history and find the transaction. If it still shows as pending there, the network has not included it yet. On Bitcoin this can happen if you set a low fee. Some wallets let you speed it up.
2. Is it confirmed in the explorer?
Look up the transaction hash in a block explorer for that coin. If it has zero confirmations, it is still waiting on the network, not on us.
3. Did you send the right amount on the right network?
Compare the amount and network with what your swap page says. A different amount can trigger a new quote or a refund. A deposit on the wrong network needs manual help.
4. Did the coin need a memo?
XRP, XLM, ATOM and some TON deposits require a memo or tag. If you left it out, read what the memo and destination tag are.
5. Is it held?
If your swap page says it is held, the deposit is going through a compliance review. Here is why swaps get held.
